Our prime location on Southold Bay offers convenient access to fishing and cruising adventures on the East End and Long Island points west as well as Connecticut, Block Island and beyond. 

We have given our unique place in the Town of Southold a moniker -- the Marine District.  Along the nearly 2-mile stretch where western Greenport transitions into the hamlet of Southold, you'll find:
several restaurants, a hotel, fish market, bait and tackle shop, watersports charters, a winery, organic farm and nature preserve hiking trail.

Plus, a New York State recreational destination -- boat ramp, fishing pier, walking trails and a picnic area.
